Allergens:
Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, or wheat.
While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations or selections of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
Please be advised that although every care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, any product purchased through our website may contain or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts or other allergens.
Allergen Facilities:
All of our orders are fulfilled in a facility that contains allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish or what. Our facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised to consult the nutritional information included on our website, and if in doubt contact our team at info@mytombowla.com prior to making an order.
Nutrient Analysis:
Customers are advised that all nutritional information posted on our website is provided to us through third-party suppliers and as such we are not responsible for the manufacturing of the individual products on our website. While information is based on recipes specific to RIT, nutrient values and allergens of each food may vary due to selected portion size, the use of condiments and seasonings by our suppliers, as well as growing conditions, manufacture formulations, or any substitutions. The information provided on our website is approximate and intended to be used as a guide only.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues with your order please send us an email at info@mytombowla.com with your order number and a photo of the order you have received. Ensure the bag has not been opened and the photo clearly shows the product you have received. If you have opened the bag, we will be unable to refund/ exchange your items. We reserve the right to cancel any order
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the items we are unable to accept returns. If we have made an error with your order let us know and we will get this resolved asap.
Address changes
Please ensure you provide the correct address details at time of purchase, where possible we can amend the address if required, but once the order has been picked we are unable to change or update the address.
If returned to us due to an address error a reshipping charge will be applied to cover the cost of resending the order or a refund will be applied excluding the original shipping charges.
